Yukito Tsujii is a student of 1998's Class 3-3 at Yomiyama North Middle School .

Yukito was present on Kouichi's first day of class, but was not among the students who welcomed him to school. Instead, he was seen talking to Sayuri about The Tragedy of X, though their conversation has no audible dialogue.

Yokito was among the students who attended the class trip. In "Makeup", after hearing Takako's broadcast, he thought Mei is the "extra one", and came out of his room with a mop to kill Mei. When Ms. Mikami defended Mei, he accidentally hit her in the head, knocking her out. Angered, Kouichi punches the shocked Tsujii before escaping with Mei.

In "Stand By Oneself" Yukito escaped from the building, staying outside with San, Matsuko, and Sayuri. He was later seen at the hospital with the other survivors.

He has grayish brown hair and lighter tone of greenish brown eyes. He wears spectacles and usually the school standard male uniform.

He seems to be a studious and serious person. Like Sayuri, he is often seen reading, but because Yukito always covered his book, it is unclear what he reads, though in "Rough Sketch" he recommended The Tragedy of X to Sayuri Kakinuma. After hearing Takako's broadcast, he was among the students who attacked Mei at the inn. He hit Mikami-sensei with a mop, and was immediately horrified, suggesting his actions were motivated by fear and he was not a violent person by nature.
